Note:-
- Twilio configuration is required for sending SMS
- Cron job configuration is required for sending email and message
Enable Staff Reminder Trigger SMS in setting
Step: Setup->Settings->SMS->Staff Reminder(section)->Click on Available merge fields links and copy merge fields and paste text area then save it.
Customised your customer email template
Step: Setup->Email Templates->Customer->Reminder->Customised your template as per needed.
